We want every Tee Talks Hub customer to be thrilled with their purchase. Our custom-printed t-shirts are made especially for you, which means they are personalized items.

Returns and exchanges for custom products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for regret, change of mind, or any reason other than a defect or error on our part.

We will gladly accept returns or provide a refund/replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective;
  • There is a printing or manufacturing error;
  • The item does not match your order (wrong design, size, etc.).

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide photos of the issue and return the item in its original condition (unused, with tags if applicable). Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the error is ours.

How to proceed

  1. Contact our support team via email (include your order number and photos of the issue).
  2. We will review and provide return instructions.
  3. Upon receiving and confirming the defect/error, we will issue a full refund (using the original payment method) or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items

  • Products returned after 7 days;
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer;
  • Custom products without a verified defect or error.

Refused deliveries If you receive a package that is damaged or incorrect, do not accept it and contact us immediately. If you accept it, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
