This Privacy Policy explains how Tee Talks Hub collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our store, place an order, contact us, or sign up for marketing communications.
Who we are
Tee Talks Hub is operated by Marcelo Henrique dos Santos, who uses the public name Rick Santos. For privacy questions or requests, contact our privacy contact at contact@teetalkshub.com.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use our store, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, and delivery or billing address.
- Order and transaction information: products selected, sizes or colors, order number, purchase history, shipping details, return information, and communications about your order.
- Payment-related information: payment method, transaction status, and limited payment details provided by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card number.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, products viewed, links clicked, referral information, cookie identifiers, and similar technical identifiers.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us, subscribe to marketing, request support, or submit a privacy request.
Cookie identifiers, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technical data may be treated as personal information when they can be linked to a person, household, device, or account.
How we collect personal information
We collect information directly from you when you browse, place an order, contact us, subscribe, or submit a request. We also receive information from Shopify, payment providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, analytics and advertising partners, and other service providers that help operate the store.
Why we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, and secure our online store;
- process payments and orders;
- produce, fulfill, ship, and track orders;
- provide customer service and respond to questions, returns, and complaints;
- send transactional messages, such as order confirmations and shipping updates;
- send marketing communications where permitted and where you have provided any consent required by law;
- understand how customers use our store and improve products, content, and the shopping experience;
- measure and personalize advertising where permitted by law and your privacy choices;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Who receives personal information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. However, sharing browsing, device, cookie, or event data with advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and Pinterest may be treated as a sale or sharing under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where required by applicable law, you can opt out by emailing us or by using any privacy controls made available on the store.
- Shopify: hosts the store, processes orders, supports checkout, and provides store, security, privacy, and customer-service functionality.
- Printful: receives information needed to produce and fulfill your order. This may include your name, delivery address, email or telephone number when needed, order number, selected products, and shipping details.
- Printful fulfillment and delivery providers: may receive information needed to manufacture, package, deliver, track, or support an order.
- Judge.me Reviews: may process review content, the name displayed with a review, and information needed to display reviews or send review-request communications when those features are enabled.
- Payment providers: process payments and may receive payment-related and transaction information. Their own privacy policies also apply to their processing.
- Shipping and logistics providers: receive information needed to deliver an order and provide tracking or delivery support.
- Analytics and advertising providers: including Google, Meta, and Pinterest, may receive device, usage, cookie, and event information to measure store performance or support advertising, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.
- Professional advisers and authorities: such as accountants, lawyers, insurers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement, when reasonably necessary or legally required.
- Business transaction parties: if Tee Talks Hub is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
We require service providers to use personal information only for authorized purposes and to protect it as required by their agreements and applicable law.
Print-on-demand and international processing
Because we use print-on-demand fulfillment, your order information may be transferred to Printful and to the production, fulfillment, shipping, and support providers it uses. These providers may process information in countries different from the country where you live. The location used may depend on the product, destination, provider, and fulfillment route.
Shopify, Printful, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other service providers may also process personal information internationally. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the circumstances and require providers to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential functions: shopping cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention, and basic store operation.
- Preferences: remembering settings and improving the shopping experience.
- Analytics: understanding traffic, product views, and store performance.
- Advertising: measuring campaigns, limiting repeated advertisements, and showing more relevant advertising.
Third parties, including Google, Meta, and Pinterest, may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize a browser or device across different websites or services. The specific technologies enabled on the store may change as we add, remove, or update services.
Where required by law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only after the choices or consent required by law have been obtained. You can manage available choices through the cookie controls shown on the store, through applicable privacy preference tools, or through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect store functionality.
Browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, will be handled as opt-out requests where required by applicable law. Browser settings do not necessarily opt you out of every type of data processing.
Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because there is no common industry standard for how they should be handled. This is separate from recognized privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, which we handle where required by applicable law.
Marketing communications
We may send marketing emails only where permitted by law and, when required, after obtaining consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at contact@teetalkshub.com.
Transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates, may still be sent when necessary to complete or support an order.

- Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the settings and retention periods of the applicable provider, our business needs, and applicable law.
- Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or securely deleted.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects personal information, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the verifiable parental consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us at contact@teetalkshub.com.
