What size should I get?

Every product page has a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters, plus a diagram showing exactly where each measurement is taken. Check it before ordering. A printed tee is made for you, so it cannot be resold if the size is wrong.

Who makes these shirts?

The blank is a Bella + Canvas 3001, a soft ringspun cotton tee that holds print well and keeps its shape after washing. We print on demand through our production partner in North America, one shirt at a time.

Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. Your shirt does not exist until you order it, which is why the first days are production and not shipping.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping takes another 3 to 4 business days. That is usually 5 to 9 business days in total, anywhere in the United States and Canada.

How do I track my order?

You get a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering. When your tee ships, you get a second email with the tracking number and a link to follow it in real time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Only before production starts, and that window is short. Production usually begins within one business day, sometimes on the same day you order.

If you need to cancel or change anything, email us immediately. Once the shirt is on the press, it cannot be stopped, changed or cancelled, because it is being printed for you and for nobody else.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

We replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 21 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a clear photo showing the problem and the print.

You do not need to ship the item back. The photo is enough.

Can I exchange it for another size?

No. Because each tee is printed for a specific order, we cannot accept exchanges for size, color or change of mind. This is why the size guide matters, and it is on every product page.

How do I wash it?

❄️ Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

🚫 Use non chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

🌀 Tumble dry low, or hang dry for longest life.

🔥 Cool iron inside out if necessary. Do not iron the print.

❌ Do not dry clean.
